Hogan Lovells ranks in top 100 employers in Stonewall’s 2014 Workplace Equality Index
Hogan Lovells has been ranked 35th in the Stonewall Top 100 Employers 2014 Workplace Equality Index. This marks the fourth consecutive year that Hogan Lovells has entered the Top 100 list and the third time it has reached the top 50.
This year, 31 legal employers submitted entries to the index, with 10 law firms ranking in the Top 100 list. The ranking makes Hogan Lovells the fifth-highest ranked law firm.
The Stonewall Workplace Equality Index benchmarks the progress made by UK organisations on lesbian, gay and bisexual equality within the workplace.
The index measures progress on policy and practice, employee engagement, employee development and support, monitoring, community engagement, the number of openly gay, lesbian or bisexual employees at senior levels within the organisation and the results from a staff feedback survey.
