Hogan Lovells partner wins public law prize at ILO's Client Choice Awards
Hogan Lovells has announced that Madrid office partner Lucas Osorio is the exclusive winner of International Law Office’s (ILO’s) Client Choice Awards in the public law category for Spain.
The ILO Client Choice Awards recognise law firms and partners around the world for their excellent client care and quality of service. To receive this award, Osorio was nominated by clients from multinational companies.
Osorio is experienced in the field of national and international public-private partnerships (PPPs) with a special focus on infrastructure projects, particularly airports, parking facilities and highways. He also has a strong track record in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and corporate governance.
He has been general counsel and secretary-general at transport and infrastructure company CINTRA. Currently, he is secretary of the board of Metrovacesa, a publicly listed real-estate company in Spain.
