Hogan Lovells is 'among the most feared firms in litigation', says BTI report
In its 2014 Litigation Outlook: Changes, Trends and Opportunities for Law Firms report, the BTI Consulting Group has recognised Hogan Lovells’ global litigation practice as one of the world’s top litigation groups.
Hogan Lovells was one of only four law firms to receive the honour of being an ‘Awesome Opponent’ in the Most Feared Firms in Litigation category.
The litigation team is also ranked as a Complex Commercial Litigation Powerhouse as well as a Class Actions and Torts Standout.
Michael Rynowecer, president at BTI, noted that the handful of firms recognised in the report of Most Feared Law Firms ‘stood out as those most likely to trigger dread in opposing counsel for their tenacity and their ability to anticipate their legal opposition’s strategy’.
The independent survey was conducted earlier this year and the results are based off roughly 300 interviews with in-house lawyers, including general counsel, litigation heads and legal department leads.
