Hogan Lovells introduces Pensions360 website for corporate clients
Hogan Lovells’ London pensions team has launched ‘Pensions360: the full picture’, a new, free and interactive website for corporate clients.
The team regularly advises on a range of pension issues arising in corporate mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and restructuring transactions, together with providing advice on the wider regulatory and legal issues affecting pension schemes and funds.
The website features:
- Interactive Pension Planner — this is an online version of the law firm’s UK Pension Planner, allowing users to track future and recently introduced legal and regulatory changes.
- Training & Events — users can register online for Hogan Lovells’ seminars and update sessions.
- Publications & News — users can download copies of technical guides and news alerts.
- Pensions360 wheel — this user-friendly tool allows users to explore the range of legal services Hogan Lovells can provide from professionals who are not only experts in their own field but have in-depth experience of advising pension clients. For example, the tool refers to the firm’s corporate team, which works closely with pensions colleagues to provide corporate clients with commercial advice on arising issues on a range of transactions.
