Hogan Lovells hires London partner Tom Whelan as global co-head of private equity
Hogan Lovells has appointed London partner Tom Whelan to serve as global co-head of private equity from 1 January 2014 alongside continuing co-head Jeffrey Hurlburt.
Whelan will take over from Alan Greenough, who is retiring as a partner next year.
He has been a partner at Hogan Lovells since 2006 and specialises in private equity, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and restructurings.
