Hogan Lovells hires corporate partner Adam Golden to New York office
Hogan Lovells has announced the further expansion of its New York office with the addition of corporate partner Adam Golden. This adds to other strategic additions to the office in recent months.
The firm said that the arrival of Golden complements the recent additions of international arbitration and litigation partner Oliver J Armas, products liability and life sciences partner Phoebe Wilkinson and corporate M&A partner Michael Gilligan.
Golden joined Hogan Lovells from Kaye Scholer. He served as co-chair of his former firm’s corporate department.
His practice has focused on mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings, intellectual property licences, joint ventures and other corporate partnering transactions.
In the course of his career, Golden has represented companies in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology, private equity, infrastructure, chemicals, consumer products, technology, software, healthcare services, medical devices, defence, finance and alternative asset management industries.
