Hogan Lovells appoints new office managing partner in Amsterdam
Hogan Lovells has announced that from 1 July corporate partner Jan de Snaijer will be taking on the role of office managing partner of the firm’s Amsterdam office. Snaijer will be taking over from Klaas Bisschop who has managed the office for the last seven and a half years.
De Snaijer currently leads the Amsterdam corporate law team, which focuses on corporate structures and reorganisations, share transactions, partnership agreements and joint ventures. The team also works closely with the banking team in creating security rights.
After 1 July, Bisschop will continue to focus on his intellectual property and litigation practice.
