Hogan Lovells announces head of banking and finance department in Johannesburg
Anina Boshoff, a finance partner at Edward Nathan Sonnenbergs, is joining Hogan Lovells on 1 March 2014 to head up the firm’s banking and finance department in Johannesburg. Also joining from Edward Nathan Sonnenbergs are associates Candice Morgan and Sanrie van Tonder.
Boshoff is admitted in South Africa and in England and Wales and is recognised as a leading banking and finance lawyer in the market.
She has extensive experience in local and cross-border transactional work.
More recently, Boshoff’s practice has focused on advising both funders (including offshore banks and development finance institutions) and corporates on finance and restructuring transactions in sub-Saharan Africa.
