Hogan Lovells advises Saft on the sale of its small nickel battery activity
Hogan Lovells has advised battery manufacturer Saft in relation to the sale of its small nickel battery activity (SNB) — now operating as ARTS Energy — to French investment company Active’Invest.
The Hogan Lovells team in charge of the transaction was led by Xenia Legendre, head of the tax practice in Paris, assisted by associate Virginie Aïdan.
Other team members included partner Xavier Doumen and associate Mathieu Frick for the corporate aspects, and counsel Laure Nguyen for environmental law.
