Cara Guthrie specialises in clinical negligence law. However, she also acts in Court of Protection cases, personal injury cases, inquests, community care judicial review cases and mental health tribunals.
Guthrie is instructed as a junior by claimants and defendants in cerebral palsy, brain injury and spinal injury cases. She is also instructed in lower-value clinical negligence cases that encompass a broad spectrum of medical issues, including obstetrics, psychiatry, microbiology and cosmetic surgery.
