Graduates vote Shoosmiths best law firm to work for in TheJobCrowd.com survey
In a 2013–14 Top Companies for Graduates to Work For list, compiled by TheJobCrowd.com, Shoosmiths scored 4.3 out of a maximum of 5.
This score — an improvement on last year’s second place — puts the firm alongside sector winners such as Boots (retail), Nationwide (banking and finance) and Innocent Drinks (consumer goods).
Categories that businesses are scored on include company culture, training and support, career progression and work-life balance.
The firm finished 22nd overall, in a top 100 headed by Microsoft and featuring blue-chip companies such as Sky, Vodafone, GlaxoSmithKline and Mars.
