Goodman Derrick partner presents paper on dispute boards at CIArb conference
Goodman Derrick partner John Wright attended a conference in Penang, Malaysia, in August 2013 run by the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb) on the subject of ‘Arbitration: Tapping Asia’s Growth’.
Wright presented a paper on dispute boards in which he drew on his current and recent experiences of sitting on a number of dispute boards in Africa and central Europe.
A fellow of the CIArb and the Dispute Board Federation, Wright sits as an arbitrator, adjudicator, mediator and dispute board member, as well as advising construction clients on domestic and international disputes for employers, contractors and professionals.
