Goodman Derrick advises OMG plc on technology acquisition
Goodman Derrick has advised OMG plc, a diversified technology group that provides image and motion analysis products, in relation to its placing and open offer and in respect of its acquisition of Mayrise Limited, a company providing highways and management software products.
The £9m proceeds of the placing and open offer will provide funding for the acquisition of Mayrise Limited, as well as providing working capital for the development of OMG’s automatic wearable camera.
