Goodman Derrick advises OMG plc on technology acquisition
Goodman Derrick has advised OMG plc, a diversified technology group that provides image and motion analysis products, in relation to its placing and open offer and in respect of its acquisition of Mayrise Limited, a company providing highways and management software products.
The £9m proceeds of the placing and open offer will provide funding for the acquisition of Mayrise Limited, as well as providing working capital for the development of OMG’s automatic wearable camera.
Paul Webb led the Goodman Derrick team including Rebecca Gardner, Tristan Mutimer, Joanna Higton and Tanya Shillingford (corporate) and Clare Gilroy-Scott (employment).
