Corporate lawyers from Goodman Derrick have advised Anova Books and its chief executive Polly Powell on her acquisition of the company’s entire share capital from fellow directors Robin Wood and David Proffit.
Anova Books is an independent UK-based publishing company that releases around 150 non-fiction books per year focusing on food and drink, craft and heritage.
