Gayle Curry set to lead Mills & Reeve’s commercial health team

Mills & Reeve has announced the appointment of Gayle Curry as a commercial partner in the health team. Curry joins from Morgan Cole.

Curry has more than 20 years’ experience working in health and social care for NHS and independent sector clients. During her time as a partner at Morgan Cole, she headed up the firm’s Health and Social Care Strategy for England and led on numerous high-profile matters for the Department of Health, central government, healthcare providers, commissioners and commissioning support services.

She has a deep understanding of the sector and is described by Chambers UK as ‘pragmatic, proactive and very commercially aware’.

In addition to working as a non-executive director in the NHS for three years, Curry also completed a number of secondments, including the Department of Health’s commercial and commissioning directorates.

She will be based in the Birmingham office and will lead the commercial health team nationally.
