Gateley member speaks at London Summit on Commercial Dispute Resolution in China
Gateley dispute resolution partner and experienced mediator Gerard Khoshnaw spoke at the recent London Summit on Commercial Dispute Resolution in China, which was held at Queen Mary University.
Khoshnaw was among a select group of expert speakers invited to present. A range of issues were discussed surrounding legal developments in commercial dispute resolution that British and Chinese companies need to consider when conducting business with one another.
Attendees included local, regional and international businesses, government representatives, supreme- and high-court judges, in-house counsel, lawyers and arbitrators.
