Gary Bell QC of No5 Chambers defends in Oxford death crash case

No5 Chambers’ Gary Bell QC was instructed to defend Steffan Leach, who has avoided a prison sentence for causing death by careless driving after a crash on the A34.

Leach pleaded guilty and was ordered to do 200 hours of unpaid community work. He was also banned from driving for 12 months and told to pay a £60 victims’ surcharge.
