FRC appoints OTC's Robert Rhodes QC to chair Mazars tribunal
Robert Rhodes QC from Outer Temple Chambers (OTC) has been appointed by the FRC to chair a tribunal that will decide on a complaint against accountancy firm Mazars and one of its partners, which arose from pension advice given in 2007.
Rhodes previously chaired the tribunal that heard complaints in the proceedings brought by the Accountancy Investigation and Disciple Board relating to the collapse of the publicly quoted company Mayflower.
