Financial services expert Fiona Ghosh set to join Addleshaw Goddard
Addleshaw Goddard has announced that it has hired financial services expert and partner Fiona Ghosh from Eversheds.
City-based Ghosh comes from Eversheds’ financial services team, where she currently co-heads the firm’s Payment Processing Group. She was previous a lawyer at Addleshaw Goddard from 2001–06.
Ghosh has extensive transactional expertise in the financial services sector. Her areas of specialism are high-value commercial transactions, acting for financial services providers in the areas of retail and investment banking and insurance, as well as being a key adviser in the regulatory field of retail payments.
She has expertise in joint ventures and acts for acquirers, payment facilitators and merchants on a global basis. Her clients include American Express, Euronet and numerous US merchant acquirers.
