Eversheds wins Inclusive Culture Award and nomination in The Times’ Top 50
Eversheds has won the Inclusive Culture Award at the Opportunity Now Excellence in Practice Awards 2014. The law firm has also secured a place in The Times’ Top 50 Employers for Women for the third year in a row.
The Inclusive Culture Award recognises Eversheds as leading the way on the inclusion and progress of women in the workplace. The firm was up against Morgan Stanley and EY for the award. The awards celebrate public and private sector organisations that are committed to creating inclusive workplaces for women at all levels.
Eversheds was the only law firm to be commended at the ceremony.
The law firm has also been named as one of The Times’ Top 50 Employers for Women 2014, which lists the organisations that are leading on workplace gender equality. All organisations within the Top 50 have demonstrated that gender equality is a key part of their business strategy, with consistent commitment to progressing women in the workplace that covers their entire organisation, not just isolated areas.
Eversheds is one of six law firms to feature in the list.
