Eversheds Nicea set to hold business breakfast on General Law of Consumer
Eversheds Nicea has announced a business breakfast and debate that will provide an analysis of the modification of the General Law of Consumer (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007).
Set to be held on 28 November 2013 in Madrid, Spain, at 09:00, the business breakfast and debate will consider how the new Consumers and Users Law could affect businesses’ long-distance hiring.
Speakers will include Cristina Villasante, principal associate of the entertainment, media and information technology law department, and Vicente Arias, partner of the entertainment, media and information technology law department.
