Eversheds’ Michelle T Davies receives Woman of the Year award in Abu Dhabi

Eversheds’ Michelle T Davies, who specialises in corporate strategy within the renewables sector, including mergers and acquisitions, equity raising and investment and exit mechanisms, has been named as the sector’s Woman of the Year at the Middle East Solar Energy Association’s annual solar awards presentation in Abu Dhabi.

Davies advises across all renewable technologies including offshore and onshore wind, biomass, solar, hydro and biofuels. She is also actively involved in policy and regulation in clean energy.

She is the only female board member of the Middle East Solar Industry Association and is a member of the Saudi Arabia Solar Industry Association. She is also on the advisory board of the Climate Change Initiative.
