Eversheds launches online auto-enrolment compliance tool called ‘aeready’
Eversheds has launched an online auto-enrolment compliance tool for employers that are due to reach their auto-enrolment staging date in 2014 and beyond.
The tool, called aeready, will provide employers with online access to tailored, fixed-price legal advice on their auto-enrolment obligations. It is designed to complement the auto-enrolment services that will be available through IFAs and benefit consultants.
The tool has been launched in response to the need for employers that are yet to hit their staging date to have access to expert legal advice on their auto-enrolment obligations at a competitive price.
According to the firm, aeready will help employers to understand their legal obligations, develop their auto-enrolment strategies, identify the key legal issues that they need to address in order to be compliant and avoid regulatory action for non-compliance.
