Eversheds Hong Kong advises BOCI Asia on top-up placing of existing shares
The Hong Kong office of Eversheds has advised BOCI Asia on a top-up placing of existing shares of China Singyes Solar Technologies Holdings held by Strong Eagle Holdings at an aggregate placing price valued at HKD324m (£26m).
Under the placing and subscription agreement, BOCI Asia agreed to place on behalf of Strong Eagle, and Strong Eagle agreed to sell 32 million existing shares at a price of HKD8.10 per share.
The Eversheds Hong Kong corporate team was led by Asia head of corporate Stephen Mok and assisted by partner Norman Hui and associate Kurt Lau.
