Eversheds advises on Emperor International’s inaugural USD listed notes issue
Eversheds has advised Emperor International Holdings, which through its wholly owned subsidiary Big Right Investment issued its inaugural USD listed notes, raising a total of $110m (£67m).
Eversheds acted as the transaction counsel for the joint lead managers for the deal consisting of Emperor Securities, Guotai Junan Securities (Hong Kong) and China Minsheng Banking Corp, Hong Kong Branch.
The Eversheds team was led by Kingsley Ong (partner in debt capital markets) and Stephen Mok (partner in Asia, head of corporate) and supported by Kristie Law, Janice Yip, Joanne Chong, Sandy Yeung and Gloria Chen. David Boyd (partner and global head of banking and finance), based in London, also supported the Hong Kong team on this deal.
