Eversheds advises Guotai Junan on China Creative Home Group IPO
Eversheds has advised Guotai Junan as the sole sponsor, global co-ordinator and bookrunner for the China Creative Home Group initial public offering (IPO).
The group raised HKD648m (£50m) through issuing 360 million shares, accounting for about 20 per cent of the enlarged share capital.
China Creative Home Group is a PRC company principally engaged in the design, development, manufacture and sale of electric fireplaces and home décor products.
Guotai Junan Capital was the sole sponsor and Guotai Junan Securities (Hong Kong) was the sole global co-ordinator and bookrunner of the deal.
The Eversheds team was led by partners Stephen Mok and Norman Hui, assisted by Grace Leung, Catherine Chun, Rachel Han, Anna Kwong and Liu Yu.
