Eversheds advises Bangor University on university accommodation PPP
Eversheds has advised Bangor University on the procurement of a new multi-million-pound student accommodation development, which will see the provision of 600 units together with associated facilities at its St Mary’s campus from September 2015.
The agreement has been awarded to a consortium comprised of developer Cityheart and services provider CRM, with Vinci Construction UK as construction contractor. Institutional investor M&G is providing funding to the project.
The Eversheds team was led by infrastructure partner Jackie Heeds, alongside associate Mike Turner, construction legal director Chris Henshaw and real-estate principal associate Charlotte Tanikal.
PWC was the financial adviser and Gleeds was technical adviser on the project.
