Eversheds advises Baird Capital's UK arm on acquisition of consultancy company

Eversheds has advised the UK arm of private equity group Baird Capital on its purchase of a majority stake in Alpha Financial Markets Consulting, a provider of management consultancy services to the asset and wealth management industries. 

The transaction values the company at £28m.

The Eversheds team was led by partner Richard Moulton and assisted by principal associate Wyn Jones and associates Adam Griffiths and Adam Martin.
