Simon Edwards is a partner in our commercial team, having joined the firm from Wragge & Co LLP’s London office in November 2013.
Edwards specialises in advising clients on complex, business critical outsourcings, often across multiple jurisdictions.
He also advises clients regularly on routine, business-as-usual contracts, including supply arrangements for goods and services and agency, distribution and franchising agreements.
Edwards is praised by his clients for ‘making himself available’ and for his ‘commitment, professionalism and quality of output’, and has been named as an ‘Associate to Watch’ in legal directory Chambers for the past three years.
He has acted for a number of household names, and has also spent over a year working in-house at GlaxoSmithKline PLC and Johnson Controls Inc.
