Dr Martin Frenzel joins Binder Grösswang’s corporate/M&A team
Binder Grösswang has appointed Dr Martin Frenzel to its corporate/M&A team. He specialises in corporate/M&A and civil law and mainly advises clients in complex corporate questions (corporate litigation, corporate governance, design of articles of associations) as well as in contract and compensation law.
Frenzel is admitted as an attorney in Austria since 2014 and as an attorney in New York since 2010.
He studied at Vienna University, the University of Chicago and Université Panthéon-Assas in Paris.
Before joining Binder Grösswang, he worked for Schönherr in Vienna and previously for the international Hollywood film industry for Fredricks & von der Horst attorneys at law (entertainment law) in Los Angeles.
Besides German and English, Frenzel also speaks French. He is an author of publications in corporate/M&A and civil law.
