DLA Piper's Tara Lee named on 2013 Leaders in the Law list by Virginia Lawyers Weekly
DLA Piper has announced that Tara Lee, global chair of the firm’s cross-border litigation practice and managing partner of the Northern Virginia office, has been named on the 2013 class of Leaders in the Law by Virginia Lawyers Weekly .
Now in its eighth year, the Leaders in the Law programme is said to recognise the lawyers across the Commonwealth who are setting the standard for other lawyers in Virginia.
Leaders are recognised for changing the law, serving the community, changing practices or improving Virginia’s justice system, among other accomplishments.
Lee is a trial litigator and investigations counsel in the US. She has trial and appellate experience and has represented a range of clients in cases involving contract and tort disputes, white-collar and regulatory defence, government contracts litigation, anti-corruption matters and global investigations.
