DLA Piper’s Miami office doubles in size at Southeast Financial Center
DLA Piper has signed a lease renewal to expand to two floors containing 45,000ft² located at Southeast Financial Center, Florida’s tallest and largest office tower and plaza in Miami’s Central Business District.
The long-term agreement will add 22,500ft² on the 24th floor to DLA Piper’s existing presence on the 25th floor, which will double the firm’s office space.
In 2011, DLA Piper opened its Miami office and signed its first lease at Southeast Financial Center. Since then, the office has grown to more than 25 lawyers who represent local companies, multinational corporations and sovereign governments on corporate, restructuring, litigation and healthcare matters, as well as proceedings before international tribunals.
