DLA Piper's Bryan Connolly features on Real Estate Forum’s ‘40 Under 40’ list
Bryan Connolly of DLA Piper has been recognised as one of Real Estate Forum’s ‘40 Under 40’ in the October 2013 issue.
Each year, Real Estate Forum selects 40 professionals throughout the country who have made significant contributions to the real-estate industry. Connolly is profiled in the publication’s 25 October special report.
Real Estate Forum recognised Connolly for his background spanning private, non-profit and government positions.
Earlier this year, Connolly represented Suffolk Downs in negotiations with Boston to facilitate a $1bn (£620m) destination casino there. He also led the permitting and approval process for a 352-unit mixed-use development on Boston’s waterfront.
Connolly concentrates his practice in real-estate development, leasing, finance and acquisitions and dispositions. He has represented regional and national owners and developers in a variety of transactions.
