DLA Piper wins three awards including Italian Law Firm of the Year at TopLegal Awards
DLA Piper has won three awards at the Italian TopLegal Awards, held on 25 November in Milan to celebrate excellence in the Italian legal market.
The firm was named Italian Law Firm of the Year, following significant growth in turnover over the last 12 months, as well as a focus on the firm’s consolidation and integration of its structure.
The title of Energy Lawyer of the Year was awarded to Francesco Novelli following his representation of Erg on a major acquisition in the Italian market.
Giangiacomo Olivi was named as TopLegal’s TMT Lawyer of the Year, after handling one of the largest deals of the year involving the broadcast rights for the Olympic Games, as well as a number of innovative projects in the publishing and technology industry.
