DLA Piper signs deal with Hines Interests to relocate its Chicago office
DLA Piper has signed a letter of intent with Hines Interests to relocate its Chicago office from 203N LaSalle to River Point, a new 45-storey trophy office tower currently under construction at 444W Lake Street, in Chicago’s downtown West Loop area.
The firm will move into the building when it is completed in the first quarter of 2017.
DLA Piper was represented in this transaction by Jones Lang LaSalle (Steve Stratton, Bill Rogers, Rob Copito and Phil Leibow) and Cushman & Wakefield (Mark Robbins).
