DLA Piper represents Musco Sports Lighting in joint venture with Ferrostaal
DLA Piper has represented Musco Sports Lighting in a joint venture with Ferrostaal Industrial Products. The newly formed company will be called Musco Ferrostaal and will design, supply and install lighting systems for industrial plants and sporting facilities throughout Europe.
The DLA Piper team representing Musco Sports Lighting was led by partners Kathleen Smith Ruhland (Minneapolis) and Ben Parameswaran (Hamburg), with support from partner Michael Lebovitz (London), associates Poonam Kumar and Matthew McDermott (Minneapolis) and counsel Isaachar Nicolaysen (Hamburg).
Earlier this year, the law firm assisted Musco Sports Lighting in its commercial contract with the Sochi Olympic Committee to service several venues for the 2014 Sochi Winter Olympic Games.
