DLA Piper represents Measurement Specialities in Wema System purchase
DLA Piper has represented Measurement Specialties, a global designer and manufacturer of sensors and sensor-based systems, in its agreement to purchase Wema System AS for approximately $114.5m (£67m).
Wema System AS is a specialist in the development, manufacture and supply of fuel and AdBlue/DEF level and quality sensors for on-road and off-road commercial vehicles.
The acquisition closed on 30 May 2014.
