DLA Piper represents Groupon in acquisition of online fashion retailer Ideeli
DLA Piper has represented Groupon in its acquisition of Ideeli, a New York-based online fashion retailer, for $43m (£26m).
Founded in 2007, Ideeli provides discounted access to top brands in apparel, accessories and home décor. The acquisition is said to enhance Groupon’s fashion offerings and industry relationships with strategic brands.
