DLA Piper represents Fibra UNO in its first publicly traded REIT
DLA Piper has represented Fibra UNO, Mexico’s first publicly traded REIT, in its debut in the Mexican debt capital markets.
By issuing stock certificates for a total of MXN8.5bn (£400m), the deal marks the first time Mexican REIT issued debt in the capital markets and is the largest debut for a corporate issuer.
The Mexico City-based team representing Fibra UNO in this latest transaction was led by Guillermo Uribe and included Adrián Gay, Jorge González, Mirna Ordaz and Santiago Soldevilla.
