The law firm will occupy more than 21,000ft² (1,950m²) of office space on the first floor of the building, which also includes KPMG and Merrill Lynch Wealth Management as tenants.
The lease also provides options that will allow the firm to expand occupancy within the building over time.
The lawyers in DLA Piper’s Short Hills office work in a variety of practices and sectors, including corporate and securities, intellectual property, commercial litigation and labour and employment matters.
