DLA Piper has been recognised by the BTI Consulting Group in its newly published 2014 BTI Client Service A-Team: Survey of Law Firm Client Service Performance.
This marks the firm’s third consecutive and sixth overall appearance on BTI’s ‘Client Service 30’ list.
DLA Piper was listed among the ‘Leaders of the Best’ in four categories, including: ‘Handles Problems’; ‘Meets Core Scope’; ‘Breadth of Services’; and ‘Brings Together National Resources’. The firm was also listed on the ‘Honor Roll of the Best’ in 12 categories.
Between March and July 2013, BTI conducted interviews with 300 corporate counsel at large and Fortune 1000 companies about what law firm activities drive superior client relationships.
