DLA Piper at top of mergermarket’s global M&A legal adviser tables for fourth year
For the fourth consecutive year, DLA Piper has retained its number-one ranking globally for overall deal volume in 2013, according to mergermarket’s league tables for legal advisers.
In addition, DLA Piper retained its number-one ranking in the UK and its fourth position ranking in the Americas, while the firm rose up the ranks to first place in Europe, up from second in 2012.
DLA Piper’s involvement in 385 transactions, valued at approximately $31bn ($19bn), as reported by mergermarket, reflects the firm’s continued performance as one of the top legal advisers in several global markets.
