DLA Piper appoints Tony Lopez as partner in structured finance team
DLA Piper has appointed Tony Lopez as a partner in the structured finance team, part of the finance and projects group. Lopez will be based in the firm’s London office.
Prior to joining DLA Piper, Lopez was a partner at Clifford Chance in London from 2011 and prior to that Clifford Chance in New York from 2006.
Lopez has broad financial experience with a particular focus on high-yield bonds and aviation finance. He has advised on a range of legal issues and transaction types, both public and private, including debt, equity, acquisitions and dispositions, US securities and commodities regulatory matters.
