DLA Piper appoints Delkousis to strengthen infrastructure and construction practice
DLA Piper has appointed Jim Delkousis to the position of global head of infrastructure and construction disputes.
Delkousis has more than 20 years of experience in major project disputes throughout Asia Pacific, and more recently, the Middle East, where he led DLA Piper’s litigation and regulatory practice for the last six years.
He be leading a team of construction and infrastructure lawyers with experience in cross-border major project disputes, which will service clients both within Australia and in their cross-border matters.
