DLA Piper advises Vocalocity in $130m deal with Vonage Holdings
DLA Piper has advised Vocalocity, a provider in the SMB-hosted VoIP market, on the $130m (£82m) sale of its business to New Jersey-based telecommunications provider Vonage Holdings.
The transaction is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2013, subject to customary closing conditions.
The DLA Piper team representing Vocalocity was led by Jeffrey Leavitt and Brian Gordon, partners in the corporate and securities practice in Atlanta, and also included Jeffrey Friedman in Atlanta and Amish Shah in Chicago.
