DLA Piper advises Synergia Capital Partners on share issue investment to Res2
DLA Piper has advised Synergia Capital Partners on a share issue investment to Res2 BV.
Res2 has created a new-generation departure control system named ‘iPort’, which provides information on departures for airline passengers. The system is currently used by more than 100 airports and airlines across six continents.
The share issue provided by Synergia will enable Res2 to promote and build upon iPort internationally over the next few years.
Synergia was advised by corporate partners Casper Hamersma and Hendrik Bennebroek Gravenhorst, with senior associates Pieter Paul Terpstra, Laura Smit, Jeffrey Remy (corporate) and Natalie van der Laan (intellectual property and technology).
