DLA Piper advises stakeholders on sale of DORC share capital
DLA Piper has advised a range of stakeholders on the sale of the entire issued share capital of DORC to Montagu Private Equity. Stakeholders included Rabo Capital, Van Lanschot Participaties, Oftavinci, the management team and Stichting Personeels participatie DORC Holding.
The sale of DORC was a high-profile transaction in the Dutch M&A market considering its size and large interest of potential bidders until the last phase of the auction.
The DLA Piper team was led by Casper Hamersma and Patrick Gremmels and further consisted of Diederik Schuurmans, Martijn van Wanroij, Lex Oosterling and Thessa van der Windt.
