DLA Piper advises on sale of BM Bank in Ukraine to Smart Holding
DLA Piper has advised the Bank of Moscow Group with regard to sale of its subsidiary bank in Ukraine, BM Bank, to Smart Holding.
Lawyers from both the Kyiv and Moscow offices provided full legal support to the transaction and prepared the framework agreement and other documents. The transaction will be closed after obtaining the regulatory permits.
The representatives of DLA Piper at the transaction were partners Vyacheslav Khorovskiy and Oleksandr Kurdydyk, Galyna Zagorodniuk, legal director, Rodion Ignatenko, senior associate, and associates Dmytro Pshenychnyuk and Dmytro Tkachenko.
