DLA Piper advises on IGG listing on GEM board of Hong Kong Stock Exchange
DLA Piper has advised China Everbright and China Everbright Securities (HK), sole sponsor and sole lead manager, on the initial public offering (IPO) of IGG on the Growth Enterprise Markets (GEM) board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
The DLA Piper team was led by partner Esther Leung and supported by senior associate Richard Lee.
The listing of 327,434,000 shares at a placing price of HKD2.80 (22p), together with the over-allocation during the book-building process, raised more than HKD1bn from the market.
IGG is an international online and mobile gaming company with its management in China, its base in Singapore and operations in the US, China and the Philippines.
