DLA Piper advises Hain Celestial on acquisition of Tilda
DLA Piper has advised the Hain Celestial Group on the acquisition of Tilda. The acquisition will provide Hain Celestial with new markets to expand its other global brands in the UK, the Middle East, North Africa, India and Europe.
